In a bid to provide a more efficient, state-of-the-art client service, by making communications with our clients much safer and quicker, Tiffin Green has created a Document Portal. This is an online method of securely sending documents in an automated and controlled way to clients via 'the cloud' using a system called Virtual Cabinet.
Once a document has been published on the portal an email notification will be sent to the client advising them that there is a document for their attention.
The client can then login to their secure area to either review, approve and digitally sign, change the status of or respond to portal documents.

Information such as income tax returns and related tax computations, PAYE returns and annual accounts will be available 24 hours a day and can be downloaded at any time.

For those clients who wish to continue communicating with us via the post this option will of course be available, but as HM Revenue & Customs moves further towards electronic filing we are embracing technology.
