Well Done Emma!

Congratulations to Emma Pickles on achieving a degree in Applied Accounting.

Many clients will know Emma, who joined the accounts department at Tiffin Green is the summer of 2005. As well as building her client portfolio and specialising in Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, Emma successfully passed her final exams with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in early 2010.

Not stopping to take a break from learning, Emma grasped the opportunity of adding a degree to her professional qualifications. In September 2011 Emma heard the good news that she’d passed the BSc (Hons) course with a 2.1 from Oxford Brookes University.

Romance has also played a key role in Emma’s life since she joined Tiffin Green. After dating David Pickles, one of our tax managers who deals with income tax and self-assessment, they married in November 2008.

In her spare time Emma enjoys being with her two lovely girls Abigail age 9 and Lucy 7, baking, especially cakes (we sometimes get yummy samples at Tiffin Green) and running: both Emma and David have taken part in charity fun runs.
